We never simply place whoever is available. Every member of our care team is selected through a rigorous recruitment process and profiled according to their experience, skills, judgement, personality and approach to care.
Where possible, clients and families can review a selection of suitable available profiles and choose the person they feel most comfortable welcoming into the home.
A SAFER RETURN HOME
Everything in place before the door opens.
Through trusted equipment-provider arrangements, we help coordinate the equipment needed for a safe return home from hospital or residential care. We can also support prescriptions and medication routines, and liaise with relevant health professionals so that care remains joined-up, responsive and carefully managed.

Grace & Harmony was founded by Francesca Hayden and Elaine Sharpe following years of working within care in our local community. Along the way, we had the privilege of supporting people we came to cherish deeply—some of whom, despite their wishes, were unable to remain in the comfort of their own homes until the end of their lives.
Those experiences stayed with us. We wanted to create a service capable of making the wish to remain at home a genuine possibility: surrounded by familiar belongings, treasured memories and the people who matter most.
That promise shapes everything we do. We select only exceptional care professionals who demonstrate the experience, judgement, warmth and character we would expect for members of our own families. Every client is held in the highest regard and supported with extraordinary care, dignity and devotion—because to us, they are never simply a care arrangement.
